Costa Blanca is located on the beach about 2 km north of the village square in Puerto Morelos. A small complex of 9 newly-constructed condos, it overlooks the pier of the famous spa, Cieba del Mar to the south and the UNAM research pier to the north. At night you can see the lights of Cozumel and the Cancun hotel zone to the north, while relaxing on your own balcony or the spacious patio and pool area shared with the other 8 owners...far from the "madding crowd" of Cancun and Playa del Carmen but close enough to enjoy their amenities when you feel like it.
Our condo has everything you need for a week of fun and relaxation. In Puerto Morelos you will find shops, restaurants, beauty & barber shops, tour office with Internet access, money exchange, lots of local color. See the true Mexico, practice a few Spanish words and go native!

			Fine dining and day-spa memberships are available at both Cieba del Mar and The Paradisus-Riveria Maya, both nearby. Costa Blanca is located in an upscale residential district between these two fine hotels.
The Master has an en-suite 3-piece bath, ample closets and built-in chests, plus views of the beach to the south and east.
TRANSPORTATION: Our Property Manager's "Meet & Greet" service at the Cancun Airport is available via van for $80 round trip (up to 5 persons). Taxis are also available, but small & expensive (approx. $45 US from the airport to Puerto Morelos). Most people rent a car from one of the airport agencies (Budget, Hertz, Avis, etc.) At Puerto Morelos, local taxis are available to take you to Costa Blanca if you enjoyed a beach walk into town. There is no phone in the condo, but a local pay phone is at the corner of the parking area and Ladatel cards for economical local use can be purchased at most pharmacies and food shops.
